So, after a delicious pizzeria lunch at the Speke Hotel and a quick trip to exchange money (I am now a millionaire - woo hoo), Agnes, Alexis and I walked down to the Nakasero Farmers Market where we saw colorful, fresh fruit and also ran into some colorful (somewhat fresh) characters. It was great fun chatting with the spice vendors (note pic w/ Agnes) and we also had fun asking if we could take photos (we received a variety of responses but here you see a few of the highlights).
